When reporting a problem, include your sign-in email, report ID, app version and a short description. Never send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, bank-card details or private medical records.

Common steps
- Sign-in code: check spam, wait one minute, then request a new code.
- Generating report: keep the report in History and use Refresh; generation continues on the server.
- Saved profile: open Account → Personal Profile to edit or remove stored birth information.
- Delete account: open Account → Settings → Delete Account and confirm deletion.
- 收不到验证码：检查垃圾邮件，等待一分钟后重新获取。
- 报告生成中：可在历史报告中保留页面并点击刷新，服务器会继续处理。
- 修改档案：进入“账户 → 个人档案”。
- 删除账户：进入“账户 → 设置 → 删除账户”并二次确认。
